(1) Piezo motor (Ultrasonic motor)
Piezo motor maintains holding force by frictional force when power is turned off, so it is possible to construct lightweight and compact system without electromagnetic brake. Because it has a large braking force due to friction drive, it can be used for precise position control with excellent response when stopped.
No electromagnetic noise is generated because no coil or magnet is used.
Since the vibration used at the time of driving is the frequency of the non-audible range, the driving noise is quiet.
And since the gear is not used, noise is not generated from the drive unit.
It is used in various fields and environments such as medical, laser, camera, etc. Recently, it has been applied as a part of semiconductor or laser equipment such as multi-axis module or finger module and is also used in precision work.

(2) Integrated Linear, Rotary pick up module (ZTHETA pick up module)
ZTHETA unit is an actuator that integrates the Z axis and the rotary motor.
Vacuum lines are provided in the shaft to allow parts to be picked up and transported.
BLDC is applied to achieve high torque and precision optical encoder attached to each axis for high accuracy.
For this reason, it is best for pick & place by picking up micro parts such as electronic parts and positioning to the required rotation angle.
Using a quadrangular coil, the resistance value is reduced by about 15% or more compared to a normal coil, so strong current and voltage can be input.
This can reduce the loss of electrical energy due to heat loss.
